Aside from being one of Mumbai’s oldest bars Toto’s Garage in Bandra has a charm quite unlike any other pub in the city. I dunno if it’s the waiters dressed in “mechanic” overalls, the masala peanuts or the DJ booth suspended in a Maruti Van from the ceiling but I ALWAYS have a blast when I go, (sadly I don’t go nearly enough). Last time I was there I discovered this fun fact you may not be aware of!
Apparently the good people over at Totlani Investments Pvt. Ltd. were WAY cooler than anyone expected! They decided to name their bar “Toto’s” short for Tolani 🙂 isn’t that awesome?!
