So here’s a question – if you’re starring in a film and you have to attend the launch of the first look, shouldn’t you dress up a bit? Put a wee bit of effort into your styling, if only for the day? I’m not saying you need to be suited and booted but maybe you could look casually dressed up in a nice crisp linen shirt, well-fitting blue jeans and a nice pair of shoes .
Sadly, actor Arjun Mathur didn’t think any of that was necessary when he attended the first-look launch of his film, Ankur Arora Murder Case, in Mumbai, last night.
Having opted to wear a casual Superman tee, casual jeans and what look like rubber flip-flops, we think Arjun took dressing-down to a new low. Frankly, his entire attire makes him look like he tumbled out of bed and headed straight for the event without looking in the mirror. Not cool!
On the other hand, his co-stars Tisca Chopra (wearing a pretty printed top and fab wedges), Paoli Dam (stunning in a saree) and Vishaka Singh (sporting a casual-chic look) all looked pretty darn good.
