Nafisa Jiah Khan was muse and friend of designer, Jaya Misra. The last fashion campaign that Jiah shot for was in fact hers, in bridal wear. Jaya Misra released this note to the media today.
“I am very shocked to hear about Jiah’s sudden and sad demise. It was always such a pleasure working with her. She was committed to her work and was a very cooperative person. She had walked the ramp as a show stopper for very many of my fashion shows. She was extremely popular she was amongst her fans. Such a down to earth girl, Jiah had an innate style quotient of her own. This is very tragic and she will be missed dearly. RIP Jiah.”
