There’s been a lot of speculation about who will be cast opposite Hritik Roshan in Shuddhi. Industry insiders have been throwing around a lot of names from Anushka Sharma (which we clarified was FALSE) to Deepika Padukone. However my insider confirms that producer Karan Johar is keen on casting his favourite Kareena Kapoor in the role.
The only hitch is that her beau Saif Ali Khan isn’t too keen on her working with Duggu! The reason being their alleged fling during the making of Mein Prem Ki Deewani Hoon. The two haven’t worked together in a while and even though offers have come their way they both have politely stayed away. Lets wait and watch to see how this develops…
PS. But wait, isn’t Saif supposed to be doing a film with Bebo’s arch rival Priyanka Chopra next?! Hmmm!
