Actress Anushka Sharma has finally realized one of her fondest dreams – having her own house in Mumbai. For the past year and a half, she has been working on doing up her new Seven Thousand square-feet terrace flat in the suburb of Versova.
The high rise building has a spectacular sea view from almost every room in the apartment. But Anushka wont be staying there alone!
Sources have it that while she has her own space, Anushka has also created rooms for her parents and brother. Staying with her family under one roof is something that Anushka always wished for as she is very close to her family.
The house has a quirky eclectic feel to it and is full of artifacts from all over the world which Anushka has sourced on her many sojourns.
However, because of her hectic shooting schedule, Anushka has not spent any time in her dream house. She has just completed shooting in Belgium for PK and after that she will head to Sri Lanka for Bombay Velvet, so she is eagerly waiting to get back and settle into her home that she has designed from scratch with love and care.
