Alia Bhatt is the latest style crush on the block, and it’s no surprise that she was chosen by Mumbai boutique, Bungalow 8, for a special shoot. With the roaring 20’s & The Great Gatsby as inspiration, accessories designer Deepa Gurnani, and StyleCracker Co-Founder & Creative Director Archana Walavalkar, have transformed Alia into a stunning modern desi-Daisy Buchanan.
Gurnani’s hairbands have been worn by the likes of Paris Hilton and Katie Holmes, and have been featured on the Gossip Girl television series. Her new collection is 1920s themed, inspired by The Great Gatsby.
Bhatt was styled exclusively by Archana Walavalkar of StyleCracker, and is outfitted in clothing by The BUNGALOW, by Mathieu Gugumus Leguillon of Bungalow 8. She was photographed by Raj Shetye, hair styled by Priyanka Borkar, and make-up by Vardan Nayak – love those merlot lips!
