Recently Sridevi was offered a HUGE amount to do a short cameo in an item song for a South Indian film. She had to make a quick entry and exit like Kajol did in the Student of the Year song. But I’m told Sri rejected the offer and said item songs are really not her cup of tea!
Meanwhile Madhuri Dixit is busy doing another item song after YJHD (which btw I LOVED!) with Ranveer Singh in Lootera. Hmm, maybe if she gets a Bollywood offer she’d consider it? How fun would it be to see a new-age Hawa Hawaii?!
PS. I’m told she doesn’t want to be over “exposed” (both literally and figuratively) so she rejected a lucrative TV show deal last month as well. After all she’s still getting leading lady roles like English Vinglish so fair enough!
