The eclectic store Bungalow 8 store was host to an exclusive evening with accessory designer Deepa Gurnani and her husband/partner Jay Lakhani, who previewed their latest Great Gatsby themed collection along with Stylecracker.
On a Friday night we trooped to the 3rd storey of the store, to see what the fuss was all about. As we walked past the tassled-adorned door, we were instantly transported to the ’20s era. Vintage chairs showcased glittery jewellery, tables were adorned with floral tea cups, feather boas and colourful clutches. Great way to set the tone of the night!
The evening saw a whole bunch of fashionable people channeling their inner flapper girls courtesy the Stylecracker team headed by Archana Walavalkar. FYI she styled Alia Bhatt for this fun shoot.
We scored a quick chat with the husband and wife duo who told us how the label formed shape. Lemme just tell you that the chemistry between them was adorable 🙂
