Priyanka Chopra, who landed in the US a few days ago, had to return to Mumbai in a matter of hours to do some last minute shooting for her Mary Kom biopic. Priyanka was supposed to be in LA to do a round of promotions for her new single, Exotic, with Pitbull, but as soon as she reached the US, she got a call saying that she was needed back home.
We’re told that PC was required to reshoot a few scenes since the team wasn’t too happy with it. While it would have been ideal for the shoot to wait until she returned to Mumbai, they needed to use a particular set for the scene – a set that would have been brought down within a few days. So of course it was necessary for the reshoot to happen as soon as possible, and Priyanka had no choice but to return to the city.
