It was time to pop the bubbly by the cast and crew of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, all of whom were happily celebrating the resounding success and critical acclaim the film has garnered over the past few days.
Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Farhan Akhtar, Sonam Kapoor, Divya Dutta and Prakash Raaj were joined in the celebrations by Honey Irani, Adhuna Akhtar, Pony Varma, Vaibhavi Merchant and many other members of their family and close friends.
However, the true star of the party was a shy and reticent young boy – Japtej Singh – who played the young Milkha Singh in the film.
A number of people queued up to take pictures with Japtej and he seemed rather bewildered with all the sudden attention. And if that’s not enough, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra applauded the young boy’s performance in front of the media and the rest of the cast and everybody else joined in to congratulate Japtej on his superior acting skills.
Watch out for him, Bollywood! He’s definitely a star in the making.
