Rohit Bal is known for his opulent, larger-than-life runway shows. This time, the designer is back to present his collection at India Bridal Fashion Week entitled Mulmul Masquerade.
Bal has combined traditional forms of embroidery and surface ornamentation with Elizabethan corsets, costumes and coquetry.
The look and feel will be understated and ethereal with rich jewel tones of velvet combined with the starkness of ivory muslin, creating an imagery of bridal luxury which is rooted in our culture.
