Bright and early on Saturday morning, actor Abhay Deol was spotted at the JW Marriot hotel in Mumbai where he came to support a health, fitness and lifestyle driven session – Super Yoga With Eefa – with wellness coach, Eefa Shroff.
It was organised by Shruti Seth, who we are told, is a “Y
oga
aficionado
who believes in the pure goodness of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.”
Surrounded by some of her close friends like Maria Goretti, Mini Mathur, Bani and Shraddha Nigam, Shruti had organised a special healthy breakfast which was designed by Eefa.
