Now that Shah Rukh Khan‘s Chennai Express commitments are coming to an end, the actor is going to start shooting for bestie Farah Khan‘s Happy New Year. We’re told that the first schedule is supposed to take place in Dubai at the famous Atlantis Palm Resort & Hotel!
The team is supposed to shoot for 50 days at the hotel, and normally, they do not usually give the necessary permissions for such long shoots to take place on their premises. However, SRK knows the owners personally, and just because of that personal connection, they have allowed the Happy New Year team to block out those dates for shooting. Since the film is about four men (who can’t dance) participating in an international dance show, the main dance portions between Shah Rukh and Deepika will be shot at the hotel – along with the climax.
So if you’re in Dubai, keep an eye out – you never know when you’ll run into the duo!
