Ulric Nijs at Tigre Blanc Lounge during Lakmé Fashion Week

Celebrity Mixologist Ulric Nijs took us on a journey beyond the glitz and glamour of Lakme Fashion Week, to the spiritual (literally) world of the ‘White Tiger’. Tigre Blanc is an ode to the art of love across cultures. Ulric demonstrated some of their Tigre Blanc Gold signature cocktails at the Lounge, and we have the recipes for you to try at home!

INGREDIENTS:
45 ml Tigre Blanc Gold
60 ml Yoghurt
1 Tea Spoon Lapsung Tea
2-4 pcs Cardamom Pods

METHOD:
Infuse 1 tea spoon of Lapsung tea into a 45 ml of Tigre Blanc Vodka and let it set for 2 hours. Strain out the tea leaves and reseal in a container. Alternatively you can immerse 5 tea spoons directly into the bottle, if you’d like to make an entire bottle of Lapsung Smoked Lassi vodka. After straining the liquid, reseal in the original bottle and add it to your bar collection.

In a shaker mix 4 pieces of cardamom and 15 ml of honey with 60 ml of yoghurt and shake with lots of ice cubes. Add salt and sugar to taste. Pour into pre-chilled cocktail glasses to serve.
