Ingredients: 1 seedless watermelon (about 8 pounds), 3 cups vodka of your choice, ¾ cup fresh limejuice, 2 cups club soda

For Garnish: fresh mint, lime slices

Cut open your watermelon and scoop out the flesh. In a blender or food processor, puree the watermelon and make sure to strain it so you’re left with just watermelon juice without the chunks. Pour the juice into a jug, add the vodka, lime juice and club soda, and mix it all together. Pour in a glass over ice and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lime. Is your mouth watering yet?
