Comfortable stilettos might be considered a paradox by many, but slip on Aruna Seth’s shoes and you might just never want to take them off. The luxury shoe designer who hails from Britain, recently held a trunk show at the Four Seasons Hotel and the minute we entered, we died and went to shoe heaven. On display were shoes ranging from flats to pumps in various colours. We even spied the shoes Pippa Middleton wore to her sister Kate Middleton‘s wedding with Prince William. Brides would be spoilt for choice, as there were an array of shoes. The champagne hued sparkly heels are sure to ensure you have a glittering night ahead of you.
We sat down with her for a chat on all things shoes.
Team MissMalini: How did you begin designing shoes?
Aruna Seth: Shoes have always been a part of me. I grew up around shoes. My father actually has a few shoe brands and it was a natural progression to start my own shoe company, and I’m very happy that I did. When I was younger, I always used to be designing shoes, showing my father designs and he used to tell me one day… one day, so finally it happened.
