Yep! We’re throwing our hands up too and asking ourselves, “Why? Why would Shakti Kapoor sport that noose around his neck? With hearts dangling from the ends? A pink tee shirt and dyed brown hair and a beard?”
While we don’t think Shakti Kapoor would ever make it to our best dressed list, we do think he can turn down the OTT accessory. And go in for a hair colour which doesn’t make it look like he’s sporting a lion’s mane.
