Those of you who have eagerly been awaiting Dhoom 3 have something to look forward to – the trailer of the film is all set to release on the 30th of October, close to the occasion of Diwali. Aamir Khan has made it a point to release the trailers of his previous films during the festivities, believing it to be an auspicious time for him. Not only that, but this year he’s launching the theatrical trailer in IMAX, which hasn’t yet been done for a Bollywood film. So there’s a lot to be excited for – except, there are some people who may not be pleased at all!
As DNA noted today, the trailer will be released just two days before Krrish 3 is set to hit theatres. Since they’re touted as being the two biggest films this year, everyone’s wondering whether it’s a strategic move on Aamir’s part – especially since the event is supposed to be a huge one. The week leading up to the release of the film will, of course, be huge for Krrish 3 – but with the Dhoom 3 event happening splat in the middle of that week, will it shift the attention away from Krrish 3?
