Vaani Kapoor: I will be in Mumbai, and celebrate it here with friends. We will probably have a house party!

Team MM: Tell us about one childhood memory that makes Diwali so special?

VK: My childhood Diwali celebrations were the best. As terrible as I feel now for the environment, I used to love bursting crackers with all my cousins. We would play cards with my dad and his friends as a kid. But now, I have really sobered down when it comes to celebrating Diwali. No more crackers and all.

Team MM: What are your favourite foods that you would like to indulge in during the festivities?

VK: Definitely sweets… lots of sweets! I love Indian sweets, especially gujiya, kulfi, ras malai... the list goes on.

Team MM: What are your favourite foods that you would like to indulge in during the festivities?

SS: I’m a hardcore foodie. But Diwali is the time to go crazy on the sweets.
