India’s first ever virtual wedding show was a resounding success with people tuning into the all-day Google+ Hangout, hosted by IndianRoots.in, from across the globe. Brides-to-be were spoilt for choice, getting expert advice from the likes of Bridalwear maestro Sabyasachi, celebrity make-up artist Ambika Pillai (who has wielded her magic on the likes of Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone). YRF’s designers for Diva’Ni also lent their expertise, as well as Anita Dongre and Neeta Lulla, two favourites among Indian brides. Designer of the moment, Masaba was there to talk trends, along with the endearing actress Mandira Bedi who spoke about achieving the perfect work/life balance.
