Shopping is therapeutic. Well, that’s what they say. But for me, it also happens to be my job. Yup! I get paid to shop and I am going to spill the beans on my secret shopping ‘addas’ (locations). For our first #MarvOnAMisson post, I will take you through my shopping haul for our fabulous PizzaExpress Pizza Party! My mission? To find the coolest and grooviest party favours for our guests and of course, some stylish looks for MissMalini. So here are my picks that may also help you #EarnYourStripes! But first, what got me in the mood?
As MissMalini’s personal stylist, my first priority was to find a cute look for her to wear for the party. So for starters, I needed monochromatic stripes, a few options that are playful enough for a game night and must compliment MissMalini’s electric personality. I love street shopping and I always manage to find some fun wearable pieces that sometimes are of excellent quality!
But as I made my way to some of my favourite street stalls, I stopped by ReDress, a boutique store on Waterfield Road in Bandra and found some cool options! Check out my top picks.

Next on my list were party favours for our guests, because everyone loves a little piece of love to take home, right? I set out to meet my favourite vendors on Hill Road, Bandra (Psst! Some of them have a wicked sense of humour). Obviously, I was on a look-out for stuff that can be easy for people to pull off and fun to rock at a party!

I found some monochromatic stacks of bangles for our girls, from Srinath.
And some macho monochrome wrist things for the men. Oh yeah! These are from Srinath’s second store. (You find one on Hill Road, and they’d direct you to the other.)
And since some folks appreciate subtlety, I picked these little striped studs for the little details! Got these from Srinath too.
