16 watermelon discs
4 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
Mint leaves for garnishing
A pinch of crushed black pepper
Toasted walnuts for garnishing
Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
Place the watermelon discs on a platter and add a dollop of cream cheese.
Garnish with mint and toasted walnuts. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle some pepper.
