Just before Lakme Fashion Week kicked off, designer Shubhika Davda of Papa Don’t Preach showed you how to spice up an Indian silhouette in five funky ways.
And what she showed on the ramp at her show was just an extension of these fabulous fashion tips.
This was Shubhika’s debut at Lakme Fashion Week and she called her collection, Roar. Says the pretty lady, “My collection was all about intricate, hand crafted, trendy accessories like metal harnesses, chained shoulder harnesses, belts and brooches for the waist. There’s also a line of embellished suspenders. I have used materials that range from metal to thread work and variuos embroideries to hand-beading to highlight my jewellery designs.”
