Sunday afternoon saw National Award winning designer, Neeta Lulla, host a fashionable champagne brunch at Sheetal Nahar‘s high-profile, Inch By Inch The Body Temple spa and wellness center, by the sea face in Versova, Mumbai.
Neeta and Sheetal both wore lovely summery butterfly print ensembles (by Neeta, of course) and played the perfect hostesses to celebrity guests like Kalki Koechlin, Gulshan Grover and the beautiful Manisha Koirala.
Take a look at some of the stars we spotted:
Always very dapper and stylishly turned out, Gulshan Grover dressed up for Sunday brunch in a crisp linen jacket worn over a white tee and jeans. He was undoubtedly the suave gentleman at this party.
Kalki Koechlin dressed for the occasion in a simple zip-up Pac-Man print dress by Surendri and wore thongs on her feet. She kept her her in a loose ponytail and looked as fresh as a summer blossom.
Kashmera Shah oozed sex appeal in a zip-up crop-top and a body contouring skirt with a slit up the side. Funky blue glares were a great accessory for this al fresco affair.
It was lovely to see Manish Koirala on the party scene after so long and she looked healthy and full of joie de vivre. The critically acclaimed actress wore a printed ensemble by Malini Ramani and accessorized her look with a Chanel bag, silver shoulder-duster earrings and big 60’s style glares. Chic!
Former veejay Maria Goretti also channelled a summer-cool look by wearing a crisp white shirt tucked into a checked skirt with a thick brown tie-up belt.
Designer Nishka Lulla wore a mid-riff baring printed ensemble by Global Desi and like Kashmera Shah, she too opted for glares with coloured lenses but instead, wore them in her favourite colour – pink.
Actress Payal Rohatgi was accompanied by her hunky fiance Sangram Singh and she looked pretty in her red and white Dressberry dress. We particularly love the pleated yoke and even those peep-toes on her feet with bows on them.
And finally, Shaheen Abbas wore a vibrant pink and yellow saree by Mandira Bedi which looked very summery but seemed a tad too much for a pool-side brunch. Agree?
