Allow me, to introduce to you, two of my best friends from the fashion industry… Kanishtha Dhankar and Mariia Cherniakovych. You’ve seen them on the cover of major Fashion Magazines and watched them bring, practically every designers creation to life on the ramp in India!
Kanishtha was the winner of Femina Miss India 2011, she has been featured in a number of designer campaigns and is the face of Tarun Tahilliani. She’s not only worked her magic in India, but also in New York, Barcelona, South Africa, Madrid and is currently killing it in Berlin.
Mariia, who is originally from Ukraine, moved to India to work and has been here for 4 years now. And I can safely say, that she is now completely Indian! She has shot for jewelry and designer campaigns in India. She too, like Kanishtha has worked not only in India, but traveled to Istanbul, Hong Kong and Milan to model.
