It’s another day in Bollywood, and we’ll be bringing you lots more gossip in the next few hours! We’ve got a story about the growing closeness between two young Bollywood star kids who are on the verge of their debuts. Of course, we’ll reveal all soon, but in the meantime, do you want to take some guesses as to who they are?
We also hear that the lovely Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is extremely proud of her husband, Abhishek Bachchan. The actress has even been voicing her appreciation for him, so stay tuned – we’ll be telling you what exactly has her so happy very soon.
And we literally just heard this juicy goss – Industrywalla tells us that Ranbir Kapoor and his daddy Rishi Kapoor recently had something of a showdown during one of their conversations, and things are a little strained between them now. Full report coming to you shortly, but in the meantime, check out some of the major headlines that are in the papers today – all in one place:
Hema Malini seems to be having some of her own: NDTV reports that an FIR has been filed against her for violating the code of conduct by addressing people at a temple. Hema Malini, who is the BJP candidate from Mathura, spoke to the group over loudspeaker at the temple. Apparently, the party’s flag and banner were also put up on the temple premises, something that has not gone down too well with the officials. Ah, election season.
Speaking of troubles, Ashutosh Gowarikar and his team are having some of their own. The director is currently shooting for his television show, Everest, but has hit something of a road block. The team was supposed to wrap up shooting in Harsil, Uttranchal and then head to Nepal to continue, but an unexpected snowfall in Harsil prevented them from doing so. Part of the team is still stuck in Harsil, and as per Mirror‘s report, the shooting has been delayed for about a week to ten days.
But while Ashutosh is facing a delay, a major Bollywood project has just been completed: yes, Bombay Velvet! Anushka Sharma finished shooting her portions just a few days earlier, but now the entire team has wrapped up. In fact, Karan Johar even tweeted saying that it was his father’s dream for him to become an actor, and with Bombay Velvet, Anurag Kashyap has made his dad’s dream come true. Sweet!
Keep your eyes on the blog all day today, because we’ll be dishing on those exclusive stories we told you about at the beginning of this post. And, as always, there’s a lot more fun stuff coming up too!
