Listen up, film junkies: if you’re interested in collecting classic Bollywood or regional film memorabilia, we know about an upcoming online auction that you should be a part of! StoryLTD – which was launched in 2013 by Saffronart – will be hosting a Bollywood auction where you can get your hands on some vintage film memorabilia, and they’ve made it easy for those who are even first-time bidders.
Up for auction will be original and rare LP records, synopses, posters, and lobby cards from smash hit films such as Don (1978), Namak Halaal (1982), Qurbani (1980), Veer Zaara (2004) – and many more! Prominent actors and actresses include Dev Anand, Raj Kapoor, Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Sunil Dutt, Ashok Kumar, Guru Dutt Meena Kumari, Madhubala, Hema Malini and Rekha.
The bidding for all lots begins at Rs.1450, so all you have to do is log onto StoryLTD.com, register, identify the lots that you like the best, and place your bid. Then once the auction begins, you can check back to see if you’re leading.
The auction begins on Wednesday, June 25th at 8pm, and closes 24 hours later. It will be conducted entirely online, so you can bid from anywhere you are.
