After mesmerizing the audience with back-to-back impressive performances, Sophie Choudry got hurt during her last act on the popular celebrity dance show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7. Though she braved the injury with a smile in front of the camera and the judges (Madhuri Dixit, Karan Johar and Remo D’Souza), the actress was hurt rather badly.
When the background dancer missed his cue, Sophie lost her balance and fell down. That’s when she injured her spine and her previous spasm has also started to bother her again. However, the sexy diva got no time to rest as the Jhalak contestants had to prepare for three acts this week. Plus, because of switching choreographers, Sophie had to rehearse even more.
But the strong girl that Sophie is, she managed the unthinkable and emerged triumphant in delivering a great performance yet again. It was quite challenging for her to perform as their act was themed around the loss of a loved one. Naturally, she was teary-eyed while dancing. But as they say, all’s well that ends well. And considering Sophie was praised by all the three judges, we’re sure she’s back to her happy self!
