Wondering what did an an esteemed filmmaker like Vishal Bhardwaj see in the 2-film old Shraddha Kapoor that he roped her in for his most ambitious project till date, Haider? Well, the answer is simple. For her eyes only!
Apparently, the director chose her to be the leading lady in his movie after he noticed how beautiful and mystical her eyes are. Bhardwaj was looking for someone fair and young to play that role of a Kashmiri girl and, in Shraddha, he found all the qualities that he was looking for. Plus, he also thought that she’d be able to express a lot through her eyes – and that’s exactly what he was expecting from the female protagonist of Haider.
Well, in that case, Shraddha must thank her genes (and her parents) because her eyes seemed to have played a pivotal role in fetching her in what just might be the biggest flick of her career so far!
