While her contemporaries (read Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha) follow a rather strict workout and diet regime to keep off the extra kilos, Shraddha Kapoor is someone who has been struggling to put on some weight. The pretty girl has been asked to gain a lot of muscle mass for her role in ABCD 2 by the flick’s director, Remo D’Souza.
So, it seems Ms. Kapoor has been hitting the gym for rigorous workouts regularly. What’s more, she has also incorporated a lot of protein rich food like chicken, tofu and soy in her diet. Apart from mastering various dance forms, the young actress is also working on her body, flexibility and strength.
