Sophie Choudry’s Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa journey has been commendable. She was the first contestant to go into the danger zone in the very first episode of this season’s Jhalak itself. Since then, all her performances have been mind blowing!
To everyone’s surprise, Sophie has been ousted from the show given the lack of votes. The dazzling performer was a treat to watch week after week as she, with her choreographer Deepak would always have a fresh element up their sleeves in each act.
Tonight’s episode of Jhalak will mark the last performance on the Jhalak floor by this diva. We are already looking forward to it because tonight’s episode is ‘Teen Ka Tadka’ special where the dynamic duo of Deepak and Sophie will be joined by Bigg Boss former contestant and Salman’s favourtie, Elli Avram. We are really looking forward to Sophie’s last dance on stage and we are sure it will be nothing less than a super dhamakedaar performance!
Sophie and Deepak lost out to chota packet Akshat Singh in the dance ki baazi when they found themselves in the bottom two.
About her elimination, Sophie said “Jhalak has been a special experience. I will not deny that I am heart-broken but I’m glad I gave Akshat a tough fight in the end and made it very difficult for the judges to decide. Also I would like to thank all my fans and well wishers around me, who believed I could make it till here..Their trust and faith in me pushed me to work harder. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has shown the world a new side of me, the performer, the fighter , the hard-worker. My mission was to win the love and respect of the judges and the audience and I’m happy that I have achieved that.”
With Sophie’s elimination, we have this season’s Top 5 finalists who will dance it out for the coveted Jhalak trophy. The finalists are Akshat Singh, Karan Tacker, Mouni Roy, Shakti Mohan and Ashish Sharma.
