Kunwar Amar fans have a reason to rejoice! Your favourite character is all set to return to Channel V’s Dil Dosti Dance. Save the date, as it is on this Friday, that will stage the comeback of Rey on the show. The high point of this Friday’s episode will definitely be Reyansh’s return as part of the Dance Mania performances the show is staging currently.
Kunwar Amar, along with costar Shakti Mohan, gained immense popularity as the lead of the dance based show. Fans all over were deeply saddened when the duo quit to explore other options. Apparently, Amar went away to South Africa to participate in Dare 2 Dance that is hosted by Akshay Kumar. Now that the show has wrapped up, Amar is all set to come back!
Even though there were rumours of Amar exiting the show because he was getting insecure about too many new actors coming on board, the makers maintain that it wasn’t the case at all. In fact, Ameeta Devadiga, Creative Director of Cinevistaas, was quoted as saying,“We have always maintained that Rey was just away on a break and will soon get back. This news is for all those who took it otherwise.”
With Kunwar returning there is always a little hope of Shakti making a comeback too. We don’t know about that yet, but we are really looking forward to Rey’s second innings on the show.
