I’ve been giving you constant updates on Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra‘s Food Yatra for the past four days. I’ve gone through each and every picture of this journey of theirs and that made me feel like I was accompanying the Daawat-e-Ishq duo all this while. So it won’t be wrong to say that I have a heavy heart while writing this blog about how their voyage finally came to an end yesterday.
After four long days of fun, food, and much more, Adi and Pari finally concluded their memorable Food Yatra in Chandigarh, Punjab. Before that, the two took a halt in Ambala and visited Ms. Chopra’s house. Considering the actress went home after two years, her mom, dad, and family were all ecstatic to have her around. It only added to their joy that Aditya was accompanying her.
Considering Aditya is Punjabi too, he fit in instantly amongst Pari’s cousins and relatives. After receiving a grand welcome with dhols playing in the background, both of them entered the house. While Parineeti was really excited to meet her family, Aditya was mobbed once inside her house. Parineeti’s aunts and cousins were thrilled to meet Aditya and were constantly around him. The sweetheart that he is, Adi interacted with Pari’s family at length and even clicked a lot of pictures with them.
Both of them were quite happy to eat a home cooked meal as they had been eating out for quite a long stretch. After spending some quality time with the Chopra family and relishing their meal, the two headed to Chandigarh where they ended the journey at Pal Da Dhaba.
