‘Oops’, yeh kya hua! A Bollywood actress, who made her debut opposite Salman Khan, is doing something she probably didn’t bargain for when she got her first big break with the superstar. Heck, she started off with nothing less than a 100 crore film (although, it can’t be termed as a hit in real terms). Still, just when everyone was looking out to see what her next big film would be, we find out that she’s jiving to the tune of a song that goes by the title ‘Meri Jawani Sode Ki Botal‘.

Yes, we are talking about Daisy Shah, who is seen in an item song in this film called Spark. Now, we guess she would have thought she’s getting her Beedi Jalaile Le and Munni Badnaam moment, courtesy the UP-Bihar setting. But this song doesn’t even come close to those tracks, and the bevy of baddies staring at her in the video just leaves a strange taste in your mouth.
We have heard that Daisy sensed early during the shoot that she would be better off doing something else, and hence told the makers to chop off her ‘leading lady’ part in the film, leaving her to do just an item number.
We wonder how Salman Khan would react to knowing that his leading lady is comparing her ‘jawani’ to a ‘Sode Ki Bottal’. And now, it would be interesting to see what she picks up next to follow this.
