B-town youngster Ali Zafar‘s career graph rose to an altogether different high when he was seen opposite superstar Vidya Balan in Bobby Jasoos. Naturally, the actor is happy professionally. With his next, Sonali Cable on the brink of release, he already has his kitty full with two promising projects. Just a few days ago, his film with Pooja Bhatt opposite Richa Chadha was announced, and now Ali is all set for a black comedy flick alongside veterans like Anupam Kher and Anu Kapoor. Ali will be playing the lead role in Vishwaas Paandya‘s Baa Baa Black Sheep.
“Lots of people call me Baba on and off the sets. I guess its a remnant of Sanjay Dutt‘s legacy and me having adored him for a large part of my life. So it was quite ironic when in the movie I was offered, I was chosen to play the role of Baba.” says Ali.
The flick goes on floor in December and will be shot abroad. The story is written by its director Vishwaas . The screenplay and dialogue have been written by Sunjiv Puri and Vishwaas. The female lead of the film is yet to be finalised.
