On our first official offsite trip to Sula, MissMalini and Nowshad were in holiday mode! MissMalini believes in dressing according to the mood and Marvin (Head Stylist, MissMalini) quickly saw an opportunity to dress the boss lady in casual chic styles keeping it comfortable and swanky at the same time. There is no denying that a pair of denim shorts is one of the most requisite items in your wardrobe. Unlike other pieces of clothing, denim shorts are very versatile and somehow seem to go with just about everything. Marv styled MissMalini’s casual denim shorts with a printed grey tank to make it more casual chic. Opt for a more relaxed hair-do like a loose ponytail or a messy fish braid like MissMalini’s to add a little sparkle of fun to your look.

The fruit print is definitely taking over the fashion world. It’s cheerful and fresh and you can choose your own favourite fruit print to dress in. Marv chose a yellow pineapple print dress for MissMalini’s second look. He also gave it a Japanese twist, with a neat bun. Keep it casual, with a pair of fancy flats and some drop-earrings. Don’t hesitate to try your hand at this fruity trend, it’s about to be a hot seller!

Yes, lately we’ve been all about the ladies and their style! But hey, men’s style is as important and this is how Marv chose to style Nowshad with a little help from Myntra. Like most men, Nowshad feels comfortable in a T-shirt and his favourite pair of denim shorts, however with a few added style tips, you can take your jeans-and-tee look up a notch. Marv opted for a pair of coloured denim shorts, a cool graphic t-shirt and an on-trend denim shirt to make the casual attire look beyond basic. It’s always good to experiment a little and this look could be a great inspiration.
