I might be a tad biased when it comes to Ranveer Singh but I think the actor manages to pull off every look with absolute élan. I loved the way he stylishly sported a handlebar mustache in Ram-Leela, and he also wooed me with his rugged look in Gunday. After that, he had to shave his mustache off to achieve a clean-shaven look for Kill Dil. And boy, doesn’t he look cute in the film’s promos?

Now, Singh has gone bald to look convincing as Peshwa Bajirao in his upcoming flick, Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s Bajirao Mastani. Apparently, he will be seen in a never-before-seen avatar in this period romance.

While everyone had appreciated Shahid Kapoor‘s ‘almost’ bald avatar in Haider, it will be interesting to see what the audience has to say about Ranveer’s bald avatar.

I think he looks quite hot! Doesn’t he, girls?

Known to be a director’s actor, Ranveer is giving his best to Bhansali’s magnum opus. What’s more, he has even cut himself off from the outside world as he wants to get into a different mental zone to concentrate on his role. That’s totally expected from a method artiste like him!

During the filming of his critically acclaimed movie, Lootera, Ranveer had pierced his skin repeatedly with pins before a shot. That’s because he wanted to deliver a realistic performance in a scene where he had to look like he was bearing a lot of physical pain.

And considering Mr. Singh has admitted that Bajirao Mastani is his most ambitious project, it’s natural that he’s going out of his way for this movie.

Hats off to Ranveer Singh and his dedication! Now, the only question is… whose bald look do you like best?!
