Bigg Boss 8: Did Gautam Gulati Just Play The 'It's Not You, It's Me Card' With Sonali Raut?

So I have my set of opinions about the whole Sonali Raut-Gautam Gulati relationship on Bigg Boss. Not only is it too much too soon (just, how does one fall in love in a few weeks?), it also seems like a desperate attempt to play out the couple card on the show which has been so successful in all the previous Bigg Boss seasons. However, my opinion is mine alone and for all you know, the two of them might make babies together someday.

So Sonali scribbled something cryptic with her fingers on the sofa in last night’s episode to indicate that she wants to be with him. It must be true love because Gautam totally understood it! Except, trust Gautam to always dish out some new nonsense. After weeks of singing songs, dancing, holding hands, flirting and more, Gautam tells her that he needs time to think about taking a step forward. Uh. Do you really now?

Meanwhile, Pritam and Puneet Issar have taken getting Sonali-Gautam together rather seriously because that’s all they seem to be doing these days. Pritam sat Gautam down to tell him that Sonali is a nice girl and they’d be good together and that both of them have genuine feelings towards each other. How Pritam knows the level of genuineness is beyond me too!

And again, Gautam did it! He said Sonali is nice alright, just not the one for him. Ouch. He further added that his reason to not take their relationship to the next level is because he fears she’ll be attacked by the rest of the contestants because of him. Yawn, much?

Looks like Gautam just played the age old ‘It’s Not You, It’s Me!’ card on Sonali. We never thought we’d see the day! What about you?
