In just a couple of years, my favourite, international model Cara Delevingne has gone from an up-and-coming model to a fashion icon. She is everything an eccentric model could be. The too-cool-to-care Cara made an appearance in Die Antwoord’s new song, Ugly Boy featuring Marilyn Manson. It’s already hard to deal with how great the girl looks; she plays a groupie in the video with a bunch of kitties drawn on her face and neck – and STILL manages to look fantastic (HOW!?)
The unconventionally OTT video features people raving in love. They’re dressed in dramatic clothing from the laid-back, retro culture. Apart from the gorgeous Delevingne and Manson, the video features Burlesque star Dita Von Teese, Flea, Jack Black and the ATL Twins. Although my fellow fashion blogger, Anushka Mulchandani, thinks I have a disturbing weakness for the model and the music video is an eerie one, I think the tune is quite catchy (if you are a hip-hop/rap lover, obviously). The British model gives me premature ventricular contractions, so I am totally in love with everything going on in this video. Watch it here:
