So just yesterday, producer Ritesh Sidhwani, speaking to a leading daily, had confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan will be a part of Don 3 and that they’re just finalizing on a script. Obviously enough, fans were excited all over. However, there seems to be a little glitch. SRK took to Twitter to announce that he hasn’t been approached for the third installment of the Don franchise yet and doesn’t understand all the questions he’s being asked about it.
That’s quite sad as fans were really looking forward to SRK recreating his Don magic on celluloid. But then, why would Ritesh make claims like “Shah Rukh Khan is Don and Don is Shah Rukh Khan!” without having discussed this with the star? Is there a misunderstanding between the two, you think? Or did Ritesh just mean that whenever Don 3 happens, it has to happen with SRK? Whatever it is, we do hope they resolve it soon and come together for a super stylish and racy Don 3. Meanwhile, Farhan Akhtar has stayed mum on the issue.
