Anand L Rai‘s Tanu Weds Manu was much appreciated by the audience and critics alike and it also won the film’s lead Kangana Ranaut some much deserved accolades. The film also featured R Madhavan and the duo’s chemistry was fresh and appealing. Now, the makers are all set for the sequel of this much-loved film and they’ve released its first look. I must say, I am as impressed as I am surprised!
The first look of the movie reveals that Kangana will be seen in a double role – a definite first in her career. While one of her character seems like the Tanu we all know from the film’s first installment, the other character is seen dressed in tracks and sports a fabulously short haircut. I am assuming she is going to play a sporty girl in the film.
Kangana has proven time and again that she is a powerhouse performer and I am sure that she’d pull off this double treat for fans with much elan.
