I don’t know why, but somehow it feels like a fresh era has just begun in B-town. Friends-turned-foes Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan patched up and turned friends again after years of animosity between them. And ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have not only moved on, they’ve also taken things with their respective partners to another level. RK Jr. recently moved in with his girlfriend Katrina Kaif to a plush apartment on Carter Road in Bandra. On the other hand, Deepika made no efforts to hide her equation with beau Ranveer Singh when he visited her on the sets of her upcoming film. Clearly, both the couples are much in love and rather serious about their relationships.
Though Ranbir and Deepika found love in Kat and Ranveer respectively, they still continue to share a professional as well as a cordial equation. So it’s quite natural that people expected Deepika to attend Ranbir and Kat’s recently held housewarming party at their new home. But that didn’t happen and it set tongues wagging.
But the truth is that Deepika is currently busy shooting for Piku in Kolkata and that’s why she couldn’t make it to the do. There’s nothing more to it. On the other hand, Kat’s former boyfriend, Salman Khan is also caught up in the celebrations of his sister, Arpita Khan‘s wedding and hence, couldn’t be there at the housewarming party.
Amongst the attendees were Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur, Hrithik Roshan, Anushka Sharma, Arjun Kapoor, Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji.
Now, let’s see whether Kat and Ranbir will make it to Arpita’s wedding today!
