The reunion of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan has given millions of their fans a reason to smile. It all happened when SRK paid a visit to Salman and Arpita Khan on the occasion of Arpita’s Mehendi. He gave his blessings to the bride and also gifted her something special. What’s more, King Khan even hugged and chatted away with Salman, thus ending the rivalry between them. The two, who used to be best of friends once upon a time, are back to being friends again. In fact, the duo also called B-town’s third Khan, Aamir Khan, and celebrated their togetherness with him through a video call.
While Salman spoke about their patch-up on his show, Bigg Boss 8, SRK opened up about their reunion at a recent event. Here’s what he said:
“Not with arrogance but with utmost humility I say that Salman and me have had many moments of happiness in our lives and very few moments of sorrow but one thing which I can assure is that we will always be there for each other in life to share each other’s moments of happiness and despair. When me and Salman meet personally our relationship is same as what it was 25 years back. There is no bad blood. From the outside, we are Pathans and hot headed guys and can have issues at times but nothing more to that. Arpita is close to me too. I have seen grow in front of eyes so the essence here was that our sister was getting married and we had to be there”
