One of India’s leading herbal health and personal care companies, Himalaya, recently did the nation very proud. It was a glorious moment in the history of beauty in India as, over the weekend, the brand made an official attempt to create the world record of ‘the most people receiving a facial simultaneously’ and Himalaya made the mark with 286 total facials.
Young women today are constantly travelling for work and education and are always exposing their skin to dust and pollution. The #PureSkinFacial communicates the importance of a regular and healthy skincare routine that girls need to adapt at an earlier stage in their lives.
The super fun activity had 286 students get a facial under the guidance of Beauty Expert Veena Desai, who also shared lots of much needed but simple beauty tips and tricks. The record breaking session was certified by Guinness Adjucator, Fortuna Bruke (who was an absolute joy, by the way!).
Shraddha Kapoor also came to the event for some morale boosting and she, unsurprisingly, looked lovely. Shraddha presented Himalaya Drug Company the certificate from Guinness World Records for conducting an event with the most people receiving a facial simultaneously. It was only fitting that the babe was a part of this record as she is blessed with glowing and flawless skin. At the event, she said:
Being a part of a world record is so exciting! A healthy regimen must consist of cleansing, toning and moisturizing followed by using products that are healthy and natural. All these aspects were clearly demonstrated today. Guinness World Record! That’s very cool!
