When it comes to relationships between two individuals, it is always a heartbreaking moment when things do not turn out well in the end. What follows next is a period of pain, pathos and some retrospection. It wasn’t any different for ex-Miss India Sarah–Jane Dias well. However, instead of sulking over the turn of events for long, she has now gathered herself and is coming up with a music video which is aptly titled Forgot To Be Me.
Interestingly, other than acting in it, she is also writing, composing, singing, producing and directing it.Sarah Jane Dias, while being surprisingly forthcoming about the episode, said:
Everyone goes through heartbreak, it is no big deal. As for turning director, then well I took that decision as the idea was so clear in my head. I wanted to make it because of the sheer simplicity of it. In terms of producing it, I could go about it since it is not very huge in its overall set up. It is the concept which is close to my heart though.
Apparently, Sarah–Jane, last seen in a lovely cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Happy New Year, has decided to shed her glamorous image for Forgot To Be Me which deals with pathos.The obvious question though is about the man in question. This being a personal matter, Sarah refused to let her guard down and said:
See, he is nobody from the industry. Even if I share with you his name or give you further details, it won’t matter. Nobody knows about him apart from my friends and family.When we prodded a friend of Sarah, she did add on her bit:
Sarah felt really cheated and let down in this relationship. She was lost and it is commendable that she went on to rediscover herself all over again.Perhaps the song will say it all, the teaser of which would be unveiled on the 3rd, which also happens to be Sarah’s birthday.
