Vespa “Art Inspires Art” Event

I’m a complete art junkie and always on the look out for cool artistic exhibitions. I recently went to the coolest art exhibition ever, held by none other than Vespa, celebrating the spirit of artists and inspiring trends, creating art pieces based on the muses that define them. The artists were asked to use “Vespa” as an inspiration to create something new. The Vespa inspiration Campaign called “Art inspires Art” took place at Famous Studios in Bombay, giving budding artists a chance to not only showcase their art and creative inspiration, but also exhibit what Vespa meant to them.

1. The Newly Launched Vespa Elegante

I have always been a Vespa scooter fan. I love all things retro and Vespa is a favourite. You’ve got to see the new Vespa. It’s cool, trendy, classy and so very you. If you are scooter lover, this one should be on your wish list.

2. The Coolest Art Work

The newly launched Vespa Elegante inspired many artists with its classy and modern look. The outcome was nothing less than phenomenal. I was art-gassing. No jokes! Such talented people.

3. When Mother Nature Rode The Vespa

The Vespa inspiration campaign saw one of the coolest artist duos (from Kerala and Rajasthan) paint mother nature riding a Vespa. Wow! Who would have thought! I was dumbfounded looking at this creation. Although it was said to be incomplete – it was the winner. It deserved it.

4. Purab Kohli’s and Ira Dubey’s Vespa Ride

It’s already an established fact that Purab Kohli is one of the cutest actors around, however when he took his co-judge Ira Dubey on a Vespa ride..he couldn’t have done it in a cuter way! I have to admit, I was a little jealous and imagined myself on the back seat. I caught them on camera…see!

5. The Winner Prize

No, the winner did not get a Vespa but they sure won an i-pad and a spot to showcase their artwork at the coolest art exhibition in Bombay – The Kala Ghoda. Isn’t that amazing?
