I currently have a zit right in the middle of my forehead, between my brows, kind of like a bindi. And it’s disgusting. No, you will not get any pictures, but what you will get is a solution! Every now and then, zits and blemishes crop up and they stand out like nobody’s business on your otherwise flawless face. It’s right up there with one of the most annoying things that could happen to anyone EVER.

What to do in this situation? DIY, is what! I’m not a big DIY person, but this is way too easy of a solution.

Ingredients:

Make your own zit zapper!
Make your own zit zapper!

Lacto Calamine, a small bottle or jar, water, and tea tree oil. That’s it.

How-To:

Step 1: Mix two parts tea tree oil to one part water, in a small bowl depending on how much you need. (This is just for your blemish, so a little will go a long way.)
Step 2: Fill a third of the tiny jar or bottle with Lacto Calamine (it’s great for inflammation).
Step 3: Add the tea tree oil and water mixture to the jar, over the Lacto Calamine, and mix well. Then, leave the solution over night.

Use a cotton bud to apply the solution to your blemish the next day. It will make your skin sensitive, so make sure it’s something you leave overnight and wear a good SPF the next day when you step out.
