Shah Rukh Khan seldom shies away from experimenting with his on-screen avatars. From sporting long hair in the period film, Asoka, to flaunting a ponytail in the urban and suave thriller, Don 2 – he has done it all. And how can I not mention his eight-pack abs (seen in Om Shanti Om and the latest Happy New Year)? So it’s never surprising when we see him donning new avatars.
But this appearance of King Khan is definitely a far cry from EVERYTHING that you have EVER expected him to do. Donning a never-before-seen look, SRK is all set to blow your mind as the protagonist of the graphic novel titled Atharva – The Origin. It is a graphic version of Ramesh Tamilmani’s novel of the same title. Check out its teaser below:
The graphic illustrations of SRK in this teaser reminded me of Rajinikanth‘s Kochadiyan, which boasted of similar VFX effects. I never thought that our Bollywood’s king of romance could pull of something like this. But then, I do know that he can pull off anything with absolute elan! And he proves that here. I am supremely impressed after watching his animated self in this graphic novel – totally unexpected but quite cool. What do you think?
