Popular RJ, VJ and actor, Mantra, has just added another feather to his cap. He has now turned singer by lending his voice to his maiden production, Khatara. The song titled Maula has crossed 6000 views in just a few days. Not to mention, there’s a lot of positive feedback coming his way from his fans across the country.
Mantra is already quite popular amongst the youth and his B-town debut might just up his popularity to an altogether different level. His flick, Khatara, traces the journey of a middle calls man who is struggling in his life for survival. It is also a love story of a man with his car. And I am guessing the car is a khatara. Haha! Nice concept, na?
Talking about his experience of recording this track, Mantra says:
“We recorded the song almost two months ago. It has a Sufi essence and it captures the character’s state of mind, when he is forced to sell his car.”Aww. Well, check out the beautiful song here.
