Deepika Padukone has an undenied weakness when it comes to South Indian Cuisine (Idlis particularly) and the occasional seafood. Though she avoids most fried food and junk – she can’t help binging on street side sev puri whenever she gets a chance!
Cravings Tip: Single out one particular food you absolutely cannot go without, and treat yourself every once in a while – just don’t go overboard!
Believe it or not, but King Khan is a huge fan of the most simple chicken curry and roti. He says he could have that all day, every day! He also carries around a thermos which is perpetually filled with what I would like to think of as magic liquid, given this super human’s energy (but is actually really hot, black coffee sans any sugar or milk).
Cravings Tip: Nothing beats the simple things! Its nice to have variety in your food, but every now and then, it’s ok to keep things simple – dal, roti, a sabzi and chicken curry pretty much fulfils all your nutrient needs. And caffeine is ok in small amounts – just ditch the sugar and full cream milk!

Cravings Tip: For those of you who need that occasional glass of whiskey or wine to wind down after a long day – stick to just one glass and avoid mixers high in sugar. Club Soda or some unsweetened lime juice goes perfectly with most your alcoholic beverages – AND you’re cutting calories!
Kareena Kapoor Khan indulges in the occasional carb loaded meals which predominantly include a lot of pasta and pizza – but she always makes up for this at the gym! The key isn’t about depriving yourself after all.
Cravings Tip: If there’s a day you want to binge a little and have that extra slice of pizza, do it. But make sure you add 20 minutes extra to your gym sesh!
Sonam Kapoor has a giant sweet tooth (and I can totally relate!). She loves her chocolate, cupcakes (red velvet particularly) and an assortment of macaroons. Cravings Tip: Have a huge sweet tooth? Try baking things yourself at home. Use low fat milk/almond milk in your recipes and avoid excessive sugar and butter!
This dusky beauty is HUGE on her burgers and fries. Not only that, but this is one chica with a serious appetite. In one of Hrithik Roshan’s interviews, he overtly described Priyanka Chopra as someone who could ‘eat like a horse, and still look the way she does’! Can you get any more perfect PC?!
Cravings Tip: Not all of us are blessed with a metabolism like PC’s, so don’t go freaking out on burgers just yet! The key is to have smaller meals. Have those extra french fries, but don’t over eat and remember when you’re opting for a burger – choose wholemeal bread and load your burger with plenty of veggies!
